2010 Soul Food Menu & Vendors:
Menu items and beverages are purchased by tickets only and each ticket is equivalent to $1. Tickets are non-refundable. Vendors cannot accept cash only tickets. Menu items range from $1 to $12 in value on average. Menu and beverage prices are at the discretion of the vendor.
