Barbecue Sauce Sauce To Die For Recipe
...from the kitchen of Greg Renfrow (via Ebony Magazine) 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbl butter or margarine
- 2-1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tbl prepared mustard
- 2 tbl Crystals Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 tbl vinegar
- Cook onions in butter until tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 5 minutes, stirring often.
Makes about 1 quart.
