Easy Chess Pie Recipe
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1-1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp white cornmeal
- 1/2 cup (8 tbsp) melted butter
- Whip eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add in sugar and beat well. Stip in vanilla, vinegar, cornmeal, and melted butter.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until puffed and nicely golden.
- Serve with whipped cream.
Makes 1 pie.
