Sweet Potato Pie Recipe
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 large potatoes or 1 29oz. can of sweet potatoes
- sugar to taste (start with 2/3 cup)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla flavor
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Mix.
- Pour into cooked and cooled pie shell.
- Cook about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 1 pie.
